Muffuletta Melt

1 cup chopped olives (pimento-stuffed green olives, black olives or already prepared olive salad product)
4 kaiser rolls, split (from the bakery)
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
8 slices deli ham
4 slices bologna or mortadella
8 slices deli salami, assorted varieties
8 slices provolone cheese
mustard
2 Tbs butter
Directions
- Spread 1/4 cup of olives on the bottom of each roll. Top each with a teaspoon of oil and a 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar. Add 2 ham slices, 1 bologna slice and 2 salami slices. Top with 2 provolone slices.
- Spread mustard on the top half of each roll. Put sandwich halves together. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the butter to melt. Add sandwiches. Press down on sandwiches with a spatula or grill press. Toast on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes until bread is golden and cheese is melted. Cut into 4 pieces to serve.
